Terms & Conditions of Service

Welcome to Cleaning Expert NY Corp. (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services (the “Services”) via the website at [cleaning-expert.org] (the “Site”). By placing an order or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services
   1.1 We offer residential and commercial cleaning services as described on the Site (e.g. regular cleaning, deep cleaning, post-construction, move-in/move-out, hourly cleaning, add-ons).
   1.2 We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel an order if we deem it unsafe, infeasible, or against our policies.
   1.3 The time and date you select are estimates and subject to availability. We are not liable for delays due to unforeseen events (weather, traffic, etc.).
2. Orders, Pricing & Payment
   2.1 Prices are calculated based on the inputs you provide (square footage, cleaning type, add-ons, etc.).
   2.2 Payment is required upon placement unless otherwise agreed (e.g. payment after service via Zelle/Cash).
   2.3 Once payment is processed, the order is confirmed. Refunds or cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy (see section 4).
   2.4 You agree to provide accurate information (address, contact, access instructions). We are not liable if you provide incorrect data that leads to inability to perform service.
3. Service Performance & Guarantees
   3.1 We perform services using reasonable care and skill.
   3.2 If you are unsatisfied, you must notify us within 24 hours. We may return to re-clean or issue a credit/refund at our discretion.
   3.3 We do not guarantee perfection; some issues may arise based on condition, access, and your premises.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
   4.1 You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the scheduled service without penalty.
   4.2 Cancelling or modifying less than 24 hours in advance may incur a fee (e.g., 50% of order).
   4.3 No-shows or cancellations at the day of service may forfeit the full payment.
5. Access & Keys / Entry
   5.1 You must provide safe access to the premises, keys, codes, or entry instructions.
   5.2 If we are unable to access the premises due to lack of access, we may charge a re-entry fee.
6. Liability & Indemnification
   6.1 Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
   6.2 We are not liable for damage due to pre-existing conditions or items you failed to secure.
   6.3 You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your negligence.
7. Intellectual Property
   All content on the Site (text, logos, images) is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce without permission.
8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
   8.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
   8.2 Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts in New York County, NY.
   8.3 If any provision is held invalid, the remainder shall continue in effect.
9. Modifications
   We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. We will post the revised version on the Site with updated Effective Date.
